Morley Motorsports Attracts New Sponsor
Elk Grove, California (May 9th, 2000) Morley Motorsports announces that TCOMM (T Communications), a Northern California interconnect company that specializes in the design, installation and maintenance of data communications cabling and associated infrastructure, has agreed to a eight-race deal as Primary sponsor of the team for the 2000 season.
Morley Motorsports took the #49 T-COMM Formula Ford to a strong finish in last Sunday s races (seventh in the morning race,second in the afternoon race)at ThunderHill Raceway in Willows, Ca. It's very encouraging to bring in sponsors such as T-COMM, said team owner Bob Morley. As many of you know, we ran a limited schedule last year after losing an engine at Laguna Seca and concentrated our efforts on turning a good performance at each race while we looked for sponsorship support. We're working hard, and we're anxious to get back to full-time racing. These are steps in that direction."
Morley continued, We had a great run at Laguna Seca in our first race back this year, and we ll be looking to capitalize on the momentum we gained there to produce more results such as this past weekend at ThunderHill. Morley Motorsports next takes the # 49 Formula Ford back to Laguna Seca for a Double Race Weekend on June 2nd-4th.

Morley Motor sports operates a family owned and operated SCCA (San Francisco Region) Formula Ford (Spec Ford class) race team out of Elk Grove, Ca. featuring Bob Morley as driver. They started racing in 1997 by finishing third in the championship, their Rookie year.
